Domestic Supply

I am a woman.

Everything has already been said, but I couldn’t get these images out of my head.

So here they are for you to ponder, a mother’s life for her daughter’s.

The circle of life repeatedly ending.

As it begins, it’s not worth tending.

Babies are for the domestic supply.

The pursuit of happiness is fraught with danger for you and I.

We are born into a world not meant for us to live.

Our bodies are only here to give.

I am a woman.

An American woman.
